The Frame

With this unique technology, the battery is additionally protected by an elegant frame cover, which is attached to the battery with a sliding system which is glass fiber reinforced and can therefore be removed at any time. To assemble the battery, it is simply inserted into the down tube and locked with the lock. This special mechanism ensures that the battery sits bomb-proof in the frame and does not rattle even with heavy rumble. Removing the battery is just as easy and uncomplicated; after opening the lock, the battery falls out a few millimeters. An additional fuse must then be released by hand before the battery can be removed completely. All in all a clean, reliable and safe solution. But not only the functionality of the integrated down tube battery convinces across the board, the elegant and tidy look inspires the E-MTB world.
The Components
Particularly large 203mm brake discs, ergonomic handles on the handlebars and a comfortable ergonomically shaped SQLab saddle ensure the best possible comfort with the Life CX 6. The additional Bosch motor provides the necessary support for long bike tours. It is shifted with a stepless hub gear from Enviolo.
On the Street
According to ElektroRad, the Life CX 6 is very smooth and agile despite its stability design due to its very light frame with 26.4 kg. The current Bosch Performance Line CX motor also has no problems with the bike and additional weight and accelerates the Life very well even on steeper slopes. The brake is also convincing in every aspect, because of the built-in Magura disc brakes which give you optimal control at all times. Another important focus of the bike is comfort, which is offered at all times by the best possible seating position and the proper suspension forks.
