This special mechanism ensures that the battery sits bomb-proof in the frame and does not rattle even with heavy rumble. Removing the battery is just as easy and uncomplicated; after opening the lock, the battery falls out a few millimeters. An additional fuse must then be released by hand before the battery can be removed completely. All in all a clean, reliable and safe solution.
