Conditions of participation & data protection - Competition at the trade fair stand (01. - 04.05.2025)
1. participation in the competition:
Participation in the competition takes place by spinning the wheel of fortune at the iko Sportartikel Handels GmbH trade fair stand during the event period from May 1 to 4, 2025. all natural persons aged 15 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of iko Sportartikel Handels GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
2. prizes & exclusion of legal recourse:
The prize will be announced directly at the trade fair stand. Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded. Legal recourse is excluded.
3. collection and use of personal data:
As part of participation, personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number if applicable) will be collected exclusively for the purpose of running the competition. The provision of data is voluntary, but a prerequisite for participation. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will only be stored for as long as is necessary to run the competition. All personal data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
4. consent and revocation:
By participating, participants consent to the collection, processing and use of their data in accordance with this privacy policy. Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by sending an email to datenschutzbeauftragter@datenschutzexperte.de. In the event of revocation, participation in the competition is no longer possible.
5. liability:
iko Sportartikel Handels GmbH is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures or interruptions of the competition.
